As you can see from my resume that has been included, I am a very experienced real estate developer and contractor with over 30 years of experience in developing many different kinds of property and buildings. During the last few years, I have spent most of my time managing and operating commercial projects as they came to completion and disposition, as well as both remodeling and building homes in Tampa, Sarasota and Vero Beach, Florida. My focus of residential development at this time is on the development and construction of new waterfront homes in these areas.  

 

As a young boy, I grew up around the lakes of North Tampa and Odessa. Spectacularly beautiful, the area was and is rural but not remote. Along with my friends and family members, I swam, fished, boated and played on the lakes. Our recreational times included picnics along the lakes, water skiing, canoeing, swimming and just relaxing in tranquil settings. When I had my own family, I wanted them to experience that lifestyle as well. I have lived this lifestyle with my family and my own children for the last twenty years and my children have grown up in the beauty and tranquility of such a setting.

 

I was also blessed with the opportunity to vacation and live in Vero Beach, Florida, a beautiful seaside town on the East Coast of Central Florida. Vero Beach has historically been careful to guard growth and development, resulting in a beauty almost unknown today in coastal Florida. Located on the Indian River, the fishing is unmatched, all of the ocean water sports are available and there is no finer place to live in coastal Florida. For those with children, the schools of the area and the cultural and sports programs are of superior quality. I have been privileged to build in this beautiful city for a number of years.

 

As a real estate developer and builder, my desire is to help others experience these idyllic lifestyles. Along with my development team, I am creating environments and homes to make this a reality for other families.
